Service standard

We shall make all reasonable efforts to repair the Device, and shall perform the Services in a competent and professional manner. The provision of Services is subject to the availability of any parts required and/or the terms of any relevant warranty.

Estimate only

The scope of repair, cost of repair (including without limitation parts), and timing of completion are provided as an estimate only and subject to confirmation following an inspection of the Device. Should these change, we shall contact you as soon as possible for your confirmation to proceed with the Services. We will not begin any repairs without customer approval. We are not responsible for any difference in the estimated and actual value of such cost, scope or timing.

 

Sales

We shall make reasonable efforts to provide same day service, but in some case it will take 1 to 7 working days. If we take more time to estimate will we get in touch and provide the update on your provided email.

We will promise to 90 days warranty on all our repairing services.(We does not responsible for any liquid damage or physical damage after sending back)

 Device release

We shall notify you when the Device has been repaired and is available for collection. Where you authorize us to, we will release the Device to another individual, who will be asked to confirm his/her identification prior to such release.

Liquids Damages

We do not take responsibility for any progression in damage for devices that have been damaged by liquid. Although unlikely, opening the device in such a circumstance could initiate further damage, which in some cases may be very serious and/or irreparable. After Services have been provided on a liquid-damaged device, it is your responsibility to monitor the device for additional damage, which may be beyond our control. If issues arise, please contact us and we can reassess the damage, although you agree that further Services may be subject to additional costs.

Orders

All advertisements on the Website are invitations to purchase and not offers to sell. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or reject the order once you have completed and placed your order. You will receive online confirmation when your order has been received after you place your order. Confirmation of our acceptance of your order will be delivered via e-mail to the e-mail address associated with your account. There may be certain orders that we must reject before acceptance or cancel after acceptance. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or reject your order for any reason and will contact you at the e-mail address you provide.

No changes can be made to orders which have been fulfilled where the customer has provided erroneous information, and nor can refunds be issued in this instance.

In circumstances where an order is yet to be completely fulfilled and customer has provided incorrect information, we will endeavour to cancel the existing order and replace it with the correct order details. If we are able to cancel the order, the delivery time of any such new order will be from the point of change and not from the point of the first sale being processed. We cannot guarantee cancellation. If we are unable to cancel the order, the customer would be required to re-order with the correct details and no refund could be issued.

Quantity Limits and Dealer Sales

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. We also reserve the right to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers.

Shipping

We are not responsible for any loss or damage following shipment from our facilities to your delivery address.

Backup

Any data or information that you may have stored on the Device shall remain your sole responsibility and we accept no liability for loss or corruption of such data howsoever caused and we therefore highly recommend that you back up your Devices on a personal computer, external hard drive or via Apple iCloud prior to your repair. It is your responsibility to keep a record of any such data. If requested we can  try to back-up your Device’s information onto a USB memory stick or on to an alternative device of your choosing, which may help in the restoration of personal data if needed and this will add additional time onto the total appointment time and it may cost additional. In rare instances we may use our PCs to perform data back-up; if we do this, all data is then destroyed in line with our group data security policy. We are not responsible for the loss, recovery or compromise of data or information that you may have stored on your Device. You represent that your Device does not contain illegal files or data.

Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
