What will be the turn around time?

There are two way how we are working

Buy online & choose walk-in service.

Customer can buy the service from our website and select the walk-in option. We can give the estimate turn around time and customer come with the device and we will fix it. (Most of the repairs we do in same day).

Buy online & send trough postage.

Customer can buy the service from our website and send through postage (we recommend recorded postage). We will diagnose your device same day when we received and will take 2 to 3 working days to fix. We will send it back through recorded delivery to customer.

In both cases, after diagnosing if we find any major issue, which is increasing quotation of repair or if we require extra time, we will contact to customer.

What is your refund policy?

Our first priority to make our customer satisfy and happy of our service but in few cases if customer device is not fixable, we will refund back to customer. (Same policy applies for warranty period repairs).

Can you help me to back up my data before repairing it?

Yes, if customer ask then we can try to back up the device data and stored in USB stick or in customer selected device. Also we can restore data back into customer device.

But it may charged addition cost for time spend.

What will be your warranty period?

We are put reasonable afford to make our customer satisfy, We are working on the 90 days warranty policy, if device get same issue in warranty period then we will repair free of cost. (Their will be postage charges only).

Is the quote free of charge?

Yes, the quotation is free of charge. Our engineer will diagnose your device without any charges.
